4. Enforcement

  3. Suspend or terminate your account or access to the Site.

  4. Report unlawful conduct to authorities.

  5. Pursue legal remedies for damages or violations.

Neoclassical Pop Art also reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement agencies or court orders requiring disclosure of user information in connection with any investigation.

7. Governing Law

This Policy and any related disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in the courts of Tel Aviv–Jaffa.
