Shipping & Returns

Neoclassical Pop Art stands behind the quality of our products and services, offering a satisfaction guarantee, If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with a product, we will correct any defects or refund the amount paid if we are unable to resolve the issue to satisfaction.

To request a replacement or refund an order, please contact us within 30 days of the date the goods delivery and return it within 60 days.

Replacement

You can request a replacement for your purchase within 60 days of the order ship date for either of the following two reasons:

  1. We sent you the wrong item
  2. The item is defective (including damaged in transit or defect)

Once you contact us, we will send a replacement, along with a postage-paid mailing envelop for return of the wrong or defective item.

Please be sure to provide the order number, a detailed description of any defect, including the number of affected items and pictures of any defect. Additionally, please provide the product ID of the defective item which can be found on the product page.

Refund

To receive a refund for your order, you must return all defective items to us.

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Once you contact us, we will work with you to arrange for the shipping of the returned units and issue a refund once we received the items.We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You may return most new, unopened and unused items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We ship to virtually any address in the world for a shipping fee applicable to your country. Note that there may be restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
