1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Neoclassical Pop Art (“we”, “us”, or “our”), a creative enterprise operating from Israel and maintaining an international correspondence address in the United Kingdom, concerning your access to and use of the website www.NeoclassicalPopArt.com and any related applications (collectively, the “Site”).

The Site provides art, fashion, design collections, and other creative goods and services (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Site and/or Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately. We recommend printing a copy of these Terms for future reference.

1.2 Supplemental Policies. Additional policies referenced in Section 1.7 below, and any supplemental terms or documents posted on the Site from time to time, are expressly incorporated by reference.

1.3 Changes to Terms. We may revise these Terms at any time. An updated “Revised” date will indicate when changes take effect. Your continued use of the Site signifies acceptance of any updates.

1.4 Site Updates. We may update or modify the Site periodically to reflect product, user, or business priorities.

1.5 International Access. The Site is directed to users worldwide. However, its content is not intended for distribution or use in any jurisdiction where such distribution would contravene local law or create a registration obligation for us. 9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Site and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the greater of £5,000 or the total amount paid by you for the Services during the six (6) months prior to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, negligence, or death caused by our fault.

11. General

11.1 Electronic Communications. You agree to receive communications from us electronically and that such communications satisfy any legal requirement for written notice.

11.2 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our related policies, represent the entire agreement between you and Neoclassical Pop Art.

11.3 Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision shall not be deemed a waiver.

11.4 Assignment. We may assign our rights and obligations at any time. You may not assign yours without our written consent.

11.5 Force Majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

11.6 Severability. If any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

11.7 Relationship. These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.

11.8 Governing Law — Israel

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. All proceedings shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of Tel Aviv–Jaffa, Israel.

11.9 Consumer Protections for International Users

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that grants mandatory consumer-protection rights, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in your home country. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable local laws.

11.10 Third-Party Rights

No person or entity other than Neoclassical Pop Art and the individual user shall have any rights to enforce these Terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or equivalent legislation.
