Important Notice:
This procedure is exclusively intended for notifying Neoclassical Pop Art of alleged copyright infringement claims.

4. Artist Notice and Procedure for Moral Rights Requests

Neoclassical Pop Art primarily portrays classical and mythological subjects, including cultural figures and historical masters.
However, the platform may also create appropriation art or public figure artworks under the permissible scope of the Berne Convention and relevant national legislation.
All such works are original and created in good faith, with respect to legal and ethical boundaries.

Unless licensed by a public figure or their estate for commercial reproduction, Neoclassical Pop Art offers public-figure-inspired artworks only in non-commercial, limited, collectible formats, consistent with fair-use and moral-rights principles.

If you are a public figure or a representative and believe that your likeness has been portrayed in a manner not in your honor, we invite you to contact us with respect and openness.

To file a Moral Rights Request, please submit a signed declaration to Legal@NeoclassicalPopArt.com

including the following details:

  1. Signature — A physical or digital signature of the public figure, or the authorized representative.

  2. Identification of the Artwork — A description or link to the artwork concerned on our site.

  3. Contact Information — Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

  4. Statement of Concern

“Your artwork is not in my honor. I request that you cease the use of my image and/or likeness.”

  5. Verification Statement — A declaration, made under penalty of perjury, confirming that the information provided is accurate and that you are the public figure depicted or an authorized agent, accompanied by written proof of such authorization.

Legal Note:
If you are an attorney submitting the request, please include documentary proof of appointment. Without such proof, Neoclassical Pop Art will not be able to process moral-rights demands.

Upon receiving a valid and verified declaration, Neoclassical Pop Art will promptly confirm the request in writing and will either destroy or modify the artwork to remove your image or likeness.
The removed image will not re-enter the Neoclassical Pop Art Collection in any format.

In the exceptional circumstance that a moral-rights claim conflicts with a fundamental legal right we are entitled to preserve (for instance, fair-use or freedom-of-expression exceptions), we will promptly notify you to discuss the matter respectfully and in good faith.

5. General Contact for Licensing and Collaborations

This procedure is reserved solely for copyright or moral-rights concerns.
For all other matters — including licensing, collaborations, commissions, or partnership inquiries — please contact: Support@NeoclassicalPopArt.com

6. Final Statement

Neoclassical Pop Art stands firmly for the protection of artistic integrity, honoring both creators and muses, and nurturing the harmony between freedom of expression and respect for the individual.
