Product Description
Golden two-tone — Vitruvian on the bracelet.
Warm gold against cool steel keeps looking current.
The source is Leonardo da Vinci's The Vitruvian Man (Studio di proporzioni del corpo noto come Uomo vitruviano), c. 1490 (Accademia exhibition label: 1498), Gallerie dell'Accademia, Venice (cat. 228) — an ideal figure in two poses, inscribed in a circle and a square. Neoclassical Pop Art created the image on this watch as a new original, a Pop homage to the original drawing.
Neoclassical Pop Art keeps the proportion study and dresses the dial in contemporary colour. The old masters meet pop culture: the geometry stays recognisable, the feeling becomes wearable, and a museum sheet becomes part of the day.
Put it on before meetings where taste is read before the agenda.
A collectible statement piece where the old masters meet pop culture, made for true art lovers.
A Neoclassical Pop Art watch.
