“King David, Radiant” is Neoclassical Pop Art's new Pop take on David, the Renaissance masterpiece sculpture the Italian artist Michelangelo created in marble between 1501 and 1504; in Pop colour, the marble hero becomes new art.
At the back "King David, Radiant," an artwork inspired by Leonardo da Vinci's famous ink on paper drawing "The Vitruvian Man", created c.1490 after Vitruvio, currently at the Gabinetto dei disegni e delle stampe of the Gallerie dell'Accademia, in Venice, Italy.
