Titled โBack Figure," the Neoclassical Pop Art artwork inspired by Michelangelo drawing โStudies of the Back and Left Arm of a ื,โ created c. 1523-24, currently located at Teylers Museum, Haarlem, Netherland.
Michelangelo was a true Renaissance man, a painter, sculptor, engineer, architect, and poet. Michelangelo was often dissatisfied with himself and his work.
Michelangelo used sketches for brainstorming the early stages of his masterpieces. Towards the end of his life, he destroyed most of his drawings, not wanting people to know how hard he worked to accomplish the final artwork.
Expressive and charming, this Neoclassical Pop Art portrait is an artwork that explores Michelangelo's glorifying human figure as the expression of his celestial source.
This luxurious portrait is a Neoclassical Pop Art artwork that is both classical and contemporary, a Fine Art Print to add character decorating the wall of any space.
