Product Description
Pop de Madrid in violet. This evening edition is Neoclassical Pop Art's separate homage to the portrait, new art in a darker key. A deeper evening colour frames the portrait for gallery openings, late trains and long talks over coffee.
Rich colour, lasting portrait.
This comfy unisex hoodie has a soft outside and even softer brushed fleece inside.
Let style take over your wardrobe where fashion meets the art. This statement piece unisex hoodie is bound to become a true favorite.
“Margarita, Pop de Madrid” is a Pop tribute to “Juan de Pareja”, the painting Velázquez created in 1650, which hangs at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Manhattan, New York, USA; its version gives an old-master gaze a modern stage. A notable painter in his own right, Juan de Pareja was enslaved and owned by Velázquez at the time of the painting. One of the few portraits of a black man painted at the time.
At the front "Universal Man," an artwork inspired by Leonardo da Vinci's famous ink on paper drawing "The Vitruvian Man", created c. 1490 after Vitruvio, currently at the Gabinetto dei disegni e delle stampe of the Gallerie dell'Accademia, in Venice, Italy.
This purple hoodie has a relaxed fit, and it's perfect for wrapping yourself on a chilly night.
